The towers, named M1, M2, M3, and M4, rise to 19, 31, 39, and 13 floors respectively. The name Mirdad comes from an Arabic word that expresses the deep, calm desire to find a place that feels like it was made just for you.

At the ground level, there is a retail area with restaurants, cafes, and other food places, all under big, sweeping arches. The buildings have a grand but controlled look that fits well with the Motor City skyline without being too big or overwhelming. Each tower has a high-performance exterior made from sustainable, low-carbon materials that follow the Dubai Green Code. This helps keep the buildings energy-efficient and comfortable.
