Casa Vista Development has reported that 40 per cent of the residences at AQUORA, its Dh350 million waterfront residential project on Dubai Islands, have been sold ahead of the development’s official unveiling scheduled for October 28, 2026.
The sales milestone highlights the developer’s plans to expand its presence in the UAE property market through design-focused residential projects. According to the company, AQUORA is intended to combine contemporary architecture, lifestyle amenities and construction quality in a waterfront setting.
The project is also part of Casa Vista Development’s broader growth strategy, with additional residential developments planned as the company continues to build its portfolio in the UAE.
AQUORA is located on Dubai Islands and follows an architectural concept described as “Form Follows Flow”, drawing inspiration from the movement and tranquillity of water.
According to the developer, the project occupies a plot measuring approximately 50,000 square feet, with a total built-up area of around 242,000 square feet. The development comprises 105 waterfront residences and six waterfront retail spaces.
The residential project is designed to bring together contemporary living, wellness and leisure facilities. Its planned amenities include a 22-metre rooftop infinity swimming pool, a Technogym fitness centre, a yoga studio, a Zen Garden and a pickleball court. Concierge services and a dedicated arrival experience are also part of the development’s offering.
With more than 20 lifestyle and wellness amenities planned, AQUORA aims to provide residents with a range of recreational facilities within the development. Its waterfront location and design-led approach form key elements of the project’s positioning in Dubai’s residential property market.
Casa Vista Development’s entry into the UAE real estate development market builds on its founding family’s experience across several business sectors, including trading, commodities, logistics, construction and real estate.
The company states that its wider business activities began in 2012, followed by strategic property investments in Dubai and selected international markets from 2015. This experience has informed its approach to property selection, development planning and long-term asset value.
Through its development business, Casa Vista aims to translate this commercial and investment background into residential projects that prioritise architectural planning, construction standards and attention to detail.
Commenting on AQUORA’s sales progress, Abdul Basit, chairman of Casa Vista Development, described the response as an endorsement of the company’s focus on quality, trust and long-term commitment. He also highlighted the developer’s intention to strengthen its UAE presence through a pipeline of planned residential projects.
Casa Vista Development is scheduled to unveil AQUORA at Madinat Jumeirah on October 28, 2026. The event is expected to bring together distinguished guests, investors, business partners and media representatives to introduce the development and its architectural concept.
The unveiling represents a key milestone in the company’s plans to establish a stronger position in the UAE’s property sector. Further project announcements are expected as Casa Vista Development advances its upcoming residential pipeline.
AQUORA is currently scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2028. Prospective buyers considering the project should review the latest availability, payment plan, contractual terms and estimated completion schedule directly with the developer before making an investment decision.
AQUORA’s reported sales performance adds to the ongoing development activity across Dubai Islands, where residential projects are being positioned around waterfront locations, lifestyle facilities and contemporary design.
For property buyers, factors such as the developer’s delivery record, construction progress, service charges, payment terms and the wider area’s future infrastructure are important considerations when evaluating an off-plan purchase.
The reported 40 per cent sales milestone places AQUORA among the developments attracting buyer interest ahead of an official launch. As the project progresses towards its planned handover in 2028, its construction delivery and the wider development of Dubai Islands will remain relevant considerations for prospective investors.
Casa Vista Development’s longer-term plans, including its upcoming residential projects, will also be important in determining how the company expands its presence in the UAE real estate market.
