Project Details

Binghatti City is a big, well-planned residential area created by Binghatti Properties, and it was made with the help of Mercedes-Benz Places Residences. It’s the first city in the world that has a Mercedes-Benz brand look. Instead of just one building, it’s a whole city with homes spread across different towers.

This project is in Nad Al Sheba and has 12 residential buildings that all work together as one part of a bigger city plan. The buildings have designs inspired by Mercedes-Benz cars—smooth shapes and clean details that make the skyline stand out. There’s also a main tower in the center that marks the city’s look.

The city has homes, shops, green spaces, and areas for people to enjoy their time. A walking path connects all these parts, making it easy to move around and enjoy both private spaces and shared areas.

Binghatti City is meant to be a branded community that brings together international design with large-scale city planning in one of Dubai’s growing residential areas.
