The Row Saadiyat by Aldar Properties is a small, unique area of special living in the middle of the Cultural District in Abu Dhabi. It offers apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms. As the name suggests, this special residential area is located in a lively place, giving its residents a great view of the waterfront on Saadiyat Island. Designed by the famous architect group BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), this project is a new idea that could change the way people live in an important community.

The inside layouts of the homes are well planned, making them both attractive and practical. They are also environmentally friendly and high quality. Inspired by nature and modern style, the interiors are designed by the award-winning design team Kettle Collective. The ground floors of the buildings are for grand entrances and different food, wellness, and lifestyle options. Like past projects, this one by Aldar also supports sustainable living. The smart home systems and modern buildings aim to get a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating.
